Awareness, not Absolutes.
Â
For over twenty years, I worked in Advertising - an industry built on understanding what makes people tick. Our desires, fears, and the stories we buy into. I helped shape campaigns for some of the worldâs biggest brands, including alcohol. What I didnât realise then, was that I was also living inside those stories myself.
For years, alcohol was woven into every part of my life. It helped me cope, connect, switch off, and keep going - until it stopped being a choice. I became addicted. And somewhere along the way, I lost all sense of who I was and what I was really thirsty for.
The journey back - from disconnection to awareness - changed everything.Â
Why I do this work
When I stopped drinking, I didnât want to become an anti-alcohol preacher.
I wanted to become pro-awareness.
My work is about helping people see alcohol clearly - without shame, fear, or binary thinking - so they can make self-aligned choices. Because true freedom isnât about abstinence or indulgence. Itâs about clarity, curiosity, and the ability to choose with power.
I believe weâve all been sold stories about alcohol -Â that it brings confidence, belonging, or relief. Through my coaching, podcast, and my book 'What Are You Thirsty For?', I help people unlearn those stories and reconnect with themselves.

Work with me
A bit more personally
Iâm not here to tell you whether you should drink.
Iâm here to help you understand why you drink - and what that might be trying to soothe or silence.
I know what it feels like to appear high-functioning on the outside while falling apart on the inside. I know what it costs to keep pretending everythingâs fine â and how exhausting that is. I know the pain of living a false life - the lies you tell others, and the ones you start believing yourself. The self-betrayal and sense of shame. Thatâs why my work isnât about judgement - itâs about compassion, truth, and freedom.
My background as a Strategist taught me how to understand human behaviour.
My experience with addiction taught me how to understand the human heart.
If you take one thing away
Rethinking alcohol isnât about changing who you are.
Itâs about coming home to the person you were, before you needed it.

"Iâd spent years trying to âfixâ my drinking - counting days, setting rules, and âstarting over on Mondayâ. Anna helped me see that the problem wasnât willpower, it was wiring. I finally stopped feeling like I was broken, and once I understood the beliefs and emotions behind my habits, everything shifted. I feel free for the first time in decades."

"Finding Anna has literally changed my life. After struggling for two decades and failing various programs, Anna came into my world. From the first meeting, for which I was truly anxious, it was as if I had my best friend to guide me through the most important three months of my life. Anna is pure brilliant and has helped me enjoy life again, respect myself and become a better person. Thank you Anna!"

"Anna has a pragmatic and empathic approach to coaching, and she manages to weave some humour in there too - which helps when tackling some heavy and deep topics at times! She has such a lot of knowledge, and practical ways of helping, which I have found so useful. I would highly recommend working with Anna if you want to look at your relationship with alcohol. She is an excellent coach who will put you at ease, and you will definitely feel less alone being able to talk to someone who has her own journey with alcohol. Anna is a star and I cannot thank her enough for all her help!"
