The Mindset Lab is for people who feel a quiet pull towards more - more clarity, more ease, more aliveness - and are curious about the role alcohol plays in their lives.
Not because things are necessarily falling apart.
Not because youâve hit a dramatic low.
But because youâre paying attention.
This is a space to explore what sits beneath drinking habits:
the longings, pressures, identities, and emotional patterns that shape how we cope, reward ourselves, and switch off.
When those things are understood, alcohol often loosens its grip - without force, shame, or rules.

A Note from Me
I created the Mindset Lab because I kept meeting people who didnât see themselves in traditional âsobrietyâ spaces - but still knew something wasnât quite working.
People who were capable, thoughtful, successful on the outsideâŚ
yet quietly undernourished on the inside.
Alcohol often became the place where stress, pressure, longing, and exhaustion landed - not because they were broken, but because they were human.
This space isnât about fixing yourself.
Itâs about listening more closely to what you actually need - and learning how to meet that need in ways that truly nourish you.
If that resonates, youâll feel at home here.

Why âMindset Labâ?
Because this is a place for exploration, not judgement.
A lab is where you observe patterns, run experiments, notice what works, and discard what doesnât - without moralising the results.
Youâre not here to be âgoodâ or âbadâ at drinking.
Youâre here to learn what genuinely supports you.
What You'll Find Inside
Â
Each month youâll receive a blend of:
Reflective writing
A personal essay or reflection exploring alcohol, desire, identity, stress, culture, and fulfilment - thoughtful, human, and grounded in real life.
Coaching-style exercises & prompts
Actionable frameworks or tools you can use immediately for reflection and habit-change, without overwhelm.
Audio or Video
Extra notes from me, sharing something personal about my own journey, or topical to events in life.
Conversation & community
A comment section and Q&A thread for members to reflect and support each other. But only if you wish â itâs also perfectly OK to observe from the sides.
And a Quarterly Q&A
A deeper conversation - not necessarily about alcohol itself, but about the life that grows beyond it. A specific theme explored. An hour of gentle insight, honest discussion, and guided reflection. A chance to pause, recalibrate, and refill your cup for the season ahead.
Everything is designed to meet you where you are, not push you somewhere you âshouldâ be.

This is not a programme.
Itâs not about labels, rigid goals, or perfect behaviour.
And itâs not only for people who want to quit drinking entirely.
Some members drink less.
Some take breaks.
Some stop altogether.
Some simply change how they relate to alcohol.
The common thread isnât the outcome - itâs curiosity, agency, and self-trust.
Join The Mindset LabHave Questions?
Is this for me if I donât want to quit drinking?
Whatâs the commitment?
How is this different from coaching?
How much does it cost?
How much time do I need?
Iâm not sure I belong - is that normal?
