Not because things are necessarily falling apart.

Not because you’ve hit a dramatic low.
But because you’re paying attention.

This is a space to explore what sits beneath drinking habits:
the longings, pressures, identities, and emotional patterns that shape how we cope, reward ourselves, and switch off.

When those things are understood, alcohol often loosens its grip - without force, shame, or rules.

A Note from Me

I created the Mindset Lab because I kept meeting people who didn’t see themselves in traditional “sobriety” spaces - but still knew something wasn’t quite working.

People who were capable, thoughtful, successful on the outside…
yet quietly undernourished on the inside.

Alcohol often became the place where stress, pressure, longing, and exhaustion landed - not because they were broken, but because they were human.

This space isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about listening more closely to what you actually need - and learning how to meet that need in ways that truly nourish you.

Why “Mindset Lab”?

Because this is a place for exploration, not judgement.

A lab is where you observe patterns, run experiments, notice what works, and discard what doesn’t - without moralising the results.

You’re not here to be “good” or “bad” at drinking.

You’re here to learn what genuinely supports you.

Conversation & community
